What we’re looking for from you to join our team
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Delivery Surveyor to support our delivery, property management and asset planning functions.
You will need to be a hard working team player who can deliver on tasks, show initiative and provide practical solutions which produce successful outcomes for the organisation. The job supports the goals of the Asset directorate and focuses on delivery of our team's varied asset management responsibilities including planned programme management, contractor management, stock management, disrepair, carbon initiatives, insurance projects, property appraisal and managing tenants improvements.
The role sits within a small delivery team of five and is key foundation to the success of our four organisational objectives - Learn and Grow, Work together, Achieve for our customers and Take ownership.
Experience in a Social Housing environment is essential as is a good current knowledge of all asset management functions, building regulations, relevant industry legislation, Health & Safety, industry practices and standards.
