Customers are at the heart of our repairs and maintenance business; this role ensures that our highly qualified tradespeople get to our customer’s homes at the appointed time and fully briefed on the nature of the job. You will join a disciplined and flexible team adhering to strict routines for planning and allocating work, whilst adapting the day’s planning to take account of emergencies and unforeseen customer demands.
You will be IT literate and have experience of working with real-time time critical work flow management in a customer service environment, are able to remain calm in a high pressured environment and have the ability to work as part of a team to achieve group targets and objectives.
Experience of contacting customers is key with a talent for multi-tasking and a good understanding and knowledge of building repairs and maintenance and the service delivery requirements.
