What we’re looking for from you to join our team:
As an Income Advisor your role will be to maximise income collection and minimise customer debts to the Group by managing accounts in-line with Plus Dane’s income policies and procedures, providing a front line service for customers in debt or facing financial hardship.
In the role of Income Advisor you will promote Plus Danes rent first culture and contribute to the rent and debt recovery functions.
You will ensure that a responsive, professional and caring service of the highest standard is provided to customers at all times, as well as the achievement of performance targets in relation to collections and debt recovery.
You will deliver the service within the boundaries of policy, legislation and statutory requirements.
As an Income Advisor you will be enthusiastic and dynamic. You will be able to work in a busy team and self motiviated to be able to manage your own workload effectively. You should be enthusiastic and dynamic.

We offer hybrid working which means working a 7-hour day between 09:00am - 17:00pm (Monday – Friday) in the office and from home.
