What we’re looking for from you to join our team
We are currently recruiting for a Scheduler & Repairs Assistant due to internal progression. Service control is at the heart of our repairs and maintenance business; in brief this role ensures that our highly qualified tradespeople get to our customer’s homes at the appointed time, fully briefed on the nature of the job. The team have to be disciplined and flexible in adhering to strict routines for planning and allocating work, whilst adapting the day’s planning to take account of emergencies and unforeseen customer demands.
As a Scheduler and Repairs Assistant your role will be to provide efficient and effective business support to the Property Management Department to enable it to meet targets and deadlines, deliver a high quality, customer focused and cost effective service and ensure the highest standards of customer service are delivered at all times
